Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure efficient delivery of products or services. The successful candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and supply chain management
- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Lead and manage a team of operations professionals, including supervisors, team leads, and front-line staff
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to align operations with business objectives
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, including supply chain disruptions, equipment failures, and labor shortages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of operations management principles, including production planning, inventory management, and logistics
- Excellent leadership and management skills, including the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
