Derivatives Trader

Job Summary:

We're looking for a skilled Derivatives Trader to trade and manage derivatives positions, identify market opportunities, and optimize trading strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of derivatives markets, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trade and manage derivatives positions, including futures, options, and swaps.

2. Identify market opportunities and optimize trading strategies to maximize profits.

3. Analyze market trends, news, and data to inform trading decisions.

4. Monitor and manage risk exposure, ensuring compliance with company risk management policies.

5. Collaborate with other traders, analysts, and risk managers to share market insights and optimize trading strategies.

6. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, brokers, and other market participants.

7. Stay up-to-date with market regulations, trends, and developments.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in derivatives trading, preferably in a similar role.

3. Strong understanding of derivatives markets, including futures, options, and swaps.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

6. Proficiency in trading platforms, software, and tools, such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or similar systems.
