Position: Shopify and Upwork Account Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Shopify and Upwork Account Manager to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our clients' Shopify and Upwork accounts. You will work closely with our clients to understand their business goals and develop strategies to achieve them through these platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the main point of contact for clients' Shopify and Upwork accounts

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions

- Manage and optimize clients' Shopify and Upwork accounts to increase traffic, conversions, and sales

- Create and implement marketing campaigns on Shopify and Upwork to drive customer acquisition and retention

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve account management strategies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and marketing to ensure client success

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, preferably in e-commerce or digital marketing

- Strong understanding of Shopify and Upwork platforms, including their features and capabilities

- Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns on these platforms

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

- Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Location: Remote

Salary Model: (anyone)

1. 100% on commission

2. Base salary with commission along with KPIs

3. Completely on salary with strict KPIs and targets
