Job Summary:
Our client is seeking an experienced Field Project Manager to oversee construction projects on-site, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- On-site Project Management: Oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and direct site personnel, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship, inspecting and monitoring construction activities.
- Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
-Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project progress.
- Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve site-related issues, collaborating with teams to find solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring quality and safety standards
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contracts
