Responsibilities

A. Social Media Management

Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive social media strategies for all regions aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify target audience segments, tailor content and campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct research on emerging trends in the financial technology sector in each region to capitalize on new opportunities.

Social Media Content Creation, Distribution, and Management:

  • Create engaging content for various social media platforms in multiple formats.
  • Write copy for social media assets and video scripts.
  • Manage social media content calendar and organize digital data repository.
  • Collaborate with marketing team and stakeholders to ensure brand alignment.

Community Engagement:

  • Manage communication with audience on social media accounts.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

Analytics and Performance Tracking:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track key metrics and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Develop reports to communicate social media performance to stakeholders.
  • Optimize strategies based on data-driven insights.

Event Coordination:

  • Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for marketing collateral and external teams.

B. Technical Content Writing for Marketing & Branding Collateral

  • Write content for product brochures, white papers, case studies, articles, website, company profile, press releases, print branding collateral, email marketing, and newsletters.
  • Maintain company profile, coordinate with designers, and distribute content effectively across all digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong written communication skills, understanding of social media platforms, and proficiency with Canva.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with paid social advertising is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
