Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
  • Assist in maintaining HR records and databases
  • Help with organizing and coordinating training and development programs
  • Assist in performance management processes, including employee evaluations and feedback
  • Support HR team in handling employee queries and concerns
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Learn and adhere to company policies and procedures related to HR functions

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
