About the job Implementation Consultant

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships during the initial phase of the customer journey 
  • Onboard new customers by implementing technology and ensuring early product adoption
  • Educate customers on the value of Motive products, features, and AI technology
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, focusing on larger customers
  • Guide customers through initial hardware/software/setup and system training
  • Monitor customer progress and activities to ensure timely adoption and activation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience
  • Manage a large volume of phone conversations and email inquiries
  • Build customer loyalty by delivering exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (sales or support)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and ability to use data to inform engagement plans
  • Clear understanding of customer success and Motive's goals
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism
  • Experience in documentation, data analysis, reporting, SQL, and Salesforce preferred
  • Experience in fintech and spend management technology a plus
