Job Title: Hotel Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to lead our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

2. Ensure exceptional guest experiences, responding promptly to guest feedback and concerns.

3. Develop and implement revenue growth strategies, including pricing, promotions, and sales initiatives.

4. Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback.

5. Implement and maintain quality assurance programs, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and regulatory requirements.

6. Manage hotel budgets, financial reports and forecasts ensuring alignment with business objectives.

7. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies, promoting the hotel and its services.

8. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.

3. Fluency in English; Arabic language skills an advantage.

4. Hospitality certifications, such as Certified Hotel Administrator CHA or Certified Hospitality Trainer CHT , an advantage.

5. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

7. Ability to resolve problems and conflicts in a professional and efficient manner.
