Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a seasoned Banking Transformation Consultant to help drive business growth and operational excellence in the banking sector. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, design and implement transformation solutions, and ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with clients to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for transformation.

- Analyze current processes, systems, and operations to identify areas for improvement.

- Design and develop transformation roadmaps, including process re-engineering, technology implementation, and organizational change management.

- Develop business cases and proposals to secure stakeholder buy-in.

-Lead and manage transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and risk management.

- Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption.

- Monitor and report on transformation progress, identifying and mitigating risks.

Requirements:
