About the job T24 Process Improvement Analyst
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced T24 Process Improvement Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system and experience in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Analysis: Analyze existing T24-related processes, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
2. Process Design: Design and propose optimized processes, leveraging T24 functionality and industry best practices.
3. Process Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
4. Process Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process changes, identifying opportunities for further improvement.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure process changes meet business requirements.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity.
7. T24 Configuration: Configure T24 to support optimized processes, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in process improvement, analysis, or consulting, with a focus on T24.
3. In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system, including its architecture, components, and configuration.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
