T24 Financial Technology (Fintech)Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced T24 Financial Technology (FinTech) Advisor to provide expert guidance on the implementation, integration, and optimization of T24 core banking systems. The successful candidate will work closely with financial institutions, banks, and other stakeholders to advise on FinTech strategies, digital transformation, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide in-depth knowledge and expertise on T24 core banking systems, including implementation, integration, and optimization.

2. Advise financial institutions on FinTech strategies, including digital transformation, innovation, and disruption.

3.  Guide clients on digital banking initiatives, including online and mobile banking, payments, and digital channels.

4. Collaborate with clients to identify innovation opportunities and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) for new FinTech solutions.

5.Work closely with financial institutions, banks, and other stakeholders to understand their business requirements and provide tailored advice.

6. Design and propose solutions to address client business challenges, leveraging T24 core banking systems and FinTech innovations.

7. Manage projects related to T24 implementation, integration, and optimization, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

8. Develop and maintain thought leadership in FinTech, digital banking, and T24 core banking systems, through research, publications, and presentations.

Requirements:

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in FinTech, core banking systems, or related fields, with a focus on T24.

3. In-depth knowledge of T24 core banking systems, including implementation, integration, and optimization.

4.  Strong understanding of FinTech trends, innovations, and disruptions.

5.  Experience with digital banking initiatives, including online and mobile banking, payments, and digital channels.

6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

7. Proven project management skills, with experience in managing projects related to T24 implementation, integration, and optimization.
