Job Overview:

As a Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting sales for our clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.

- Identify potential sales opportunities and promote products or services to customers.

- Maintain a deep understanding of our clients' products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales.

- Collaborate with the sales team to drive and achieve sales targets (not essential)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

- Provide accurate and timely updates to customers regarding their inquiries, orders, and any other relevant information.

- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.

- Continuously improve and update knowledge on products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.

- Experience: 2+ in sales and customer support service

-Proven experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a call center or BPO environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
