Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced T24 Operational Excellence Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Temenos T24 core banking systems and a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in banking and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyze current T24 system configurations and identify areas for operational improvement.

2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement new T24 system features and functionality.

4. Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate users on T24 best practices and operational excellence.

5. Develop and maintain documentation of T24 system configurations, processes, and procedures.

6. Identify and mitigate operational risks associated with T24 system changes.

7. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of T24 system changes.

8. Develop metrics and benchmarks to measure operational excellence and provide recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience in Temenos T24 core banking systems.

2. Proven track record of delivering operational excellence in banking and financial services.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

6. Strong knowledge of banking operations and processes.

7. Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
