Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the banking sector. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our corporate and commercial clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored financial solutions.
2.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them, working closely with internal stakeholders to deliver solutions.
3. Conduct financial analysis of clients' businesses to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for growth.
4. Promote and sell a range of banking products and services, including loans, deposits, cash management, and trade finance.
5. Work closely with the risk team to ensure that all credit facilities are properly structured and managed.
6. Provide exceptional client service, responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including credit, risk, and product teams, to deliver solutions to clients.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relationship management or business development role in the banking sector.
3. Skills:
