About the job T24 Operations Analyst
Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced T24 Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system and experience in analyzing, resolving, and preventing operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor T24 system performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
2. Incident Management: Analyze, resolve, and document incidents related to T24, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
3. Problem Management: Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
4. System Maintenance: Perform routine system maintenance tasks, such as patching, updates, and backups.
5. User Support: Provide level 2 support to T24 users, resolving technical issues and answering system-related questions.
6. Process Improvement: Continuously review and improve T24-related processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
7. Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Minimum 2+ years of experience in T24 operations, support, or analysis.
3. In-depth knowledge of Temenos T24 core banking system, including its architecture, components, and configuration.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
