Location: Hybrid (Remote with periodic client visits across multiple countries)
Contract Type: 6 months Contract

Role Overview
Our Client is an established consulting firm urgently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Analyst to support and optimise enterprise ServiceNow platforms across multiple client engagements. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable analysing business requirements and administering the platform operating confidently in a fast-paced, client-facing, and internationally mobile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse, gather, and document business requirements; produce structured BRDs, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Configure and customise ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CMDB, Service Catalogue, and PPM in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend practical ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritise, and deliver platform enhancements and integrations.
- Build and maintain workflows, service catalogue items, and user-friendly self-service portals.
- Support UAT processes, daily incident and request handling, and ongoing platform optimisation.
- Liaise between business units and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Monitor and report on project progress including risks, issues, and status updates to senior stakeholders.
Required Experience & Skills
- 3 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow analysis and platform administration experience.
- Strong proficiency in ITSM, CMDB, PPM, and Service Catalogue configuration.
- Proven ability to gather, document, and deliver structured business requirements in a consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile project delivery methodologies.
- Consulting background is strongly preferred; Big Four or enterprise consulting experience is a distinct advantage.
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification is mandatory.
- ITIL V4, PMI Business Analysis, or ECBA certification is highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Information Technology or a related discipline.
Proficient in both Arabic and English.
