Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Analyst specializing in T24 release management, Close of Business (COB), and environment management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage T24 application releases and deployments.
• Coordinate COB activities and operational processes.
• Monitor and support T24 environments.
• Coordinate deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot environment and release-related issues.
• Coordinate with technical, functional, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
• Maintain release documentation and deployment procedures.
• Support production stability and incident resolution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong T24/Temenos Transact experience.
• Hands-on experience with COB and release management.
• Experience managing multiple T24 environments.
• Strong understanding of deployment and production support processes.
• Banking environment experience.
