Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will analyze banking requirements, translate business needs into T24 functional requirements, and coordinate with technical and business teams throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate requirements into T24 functional specifications.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze existing banking processes and recommend improvements.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, and process documentation.
• Coordinate with T24 technical and functional teams.
• Support SIT, UAT, defect analysis, and implementation.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong banking domain knowledge.
• Experience with T24/Temenos Transact.
• Excellent requirements-gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders
