Job Title: QA Engineer - Mid Level (Automation Focus)

Role Summary

Our client is seeking  a detail-oriented QA Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in manual + automated testing. You'll design test strategies, write robust test cases, and help grow our automation suite. Some experience with tools like Selenium, JMeter, or similar a must.

Key Responsibilities

- *Testing*: Plan, design, and execute manual + automated tests for web/mobile apps

- *Automation*: Write + maintain scripts in Selenium (or similar framework). Integrate with CI/CD pipelines

- *Test Tools*: Work with JMeter for load testing, tools like Postman for API

- *Collaboration*: Work with devs, PMs, and BA to define quality standards

- *Bug Lifecycle*: Log, track, and verify defects in JIRA

- *Process Improvement*: Suggest ways to automate more, reduce regression time

Requirements

- 2-3 years QA experience (manual + automation)

- Hands-on with Selenium (Java/Python) or similar

- API testing (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)

- CI/CD exposure (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

- Understanding of SDLC, Agile

- BS/MS in CS/IT or related
