Role Overview:
As Corporate Manager, you will lead the corporate division, laying the foundation for effective business operations. Youll be responsible for overseeing a variety of functions, optimizing workflows, and implementing processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations related to Accounting and Finance
• Manage Personnel, Recruitment, Organizational Planning, and Labor Relations
• Handle Legal and Contract Management
• Lead General Affairs functions
• Improve and implement new workflows and systems within the organization

Eligibility:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate roles, regardless of the specific industry

Welcome Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience in corporate management
• Corporate experience at startups or venture companies
• Corporate experience in the manufacturing sector
• Experience planning and improving internal systems and work processes
• Business-level English proficiency

Compensation:

• Salary negotiable based on experience and skills
• Monthly salary (including 20 hours of overtime pay) ranges from 600,000 yen to 1,200,000 yen
• Stock options available

Working Hours and Holidays:

• Flexible working hours (flextime system with core hours)
• Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and company-designated holidays
• Remote work options available, including single-person assignments
