This client-facing position focuses on ensuring smooth handling of customer requests, education, and issue resolution for products and services. Key responsibilities include managing client portfolios, overseeing implementation and onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction, providing training, and maintaining accurate client data. Collaboration with cross-functional teams (technical, sales, operations, and product management) is essential to deliver exceptional service.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of client success experience, ideally with international organizations.
- Experience in delivering B2B enterprise services, project management, and working across global markets.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Japanese is required.
