Customer Service Executive (English and Japanese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of authorizations and appointments.
  • Manage incoming calls from Japanese healthcare providers, Military Treatment Facilities, translators, and patients.
  • Assist in resolving claims issues for providers and patients by coordinating with our teams.
  • Input claims data into the system.
  • Occasionally translate invoices from Japanese to English.

About You:

  • Preferably have experience in claims and billing.
  • Possess strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of hospital or medical administration is a plus.
  • Bachelors degree is desirable.
  • Language Requirements:
    • Professional-level English
    • Native-level Japanese
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
