Position: Vehicle Diagnostics Agile Team Coach (Scrum Master)
Location: Japan

Description:

• Act as a servant leader and coach for the agile team.
• Educate the team in agile methodologies and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Ensure compliance with agile processes and development standards.
• Remove impediments to enhance team efficiency.
• Foster a high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a Scrum Master role, with expertise in Agile practices, tools, and methodologies, preferably within a SAFe environment.
• A deep understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework, including its values, principles, and practices.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead and coach teams, manage stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate team discussions, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure team cohesion.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• A commitment to continuous learning and improvement at personal, team, and organizational levels.
• Skills in managing and leading change within an organization, including helping teams adapt to new methods and practices.

Preferred:

• Japanese proficiency at a native or business level.
