Role Overview:
We are looking for talented individuals to support various technical development tasks remotely. You will be directly involved in key aspects of eVTOL development, gaining hands-on experience in this innovative sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programming: Motor control, driver development, and testing
- CAD design: Parts and jig design
- Numerical analysis: Structural and fluid analysis
- Technical research: Gathering and compiling technical information, including research in English
Eligibility:
- Must be available to work at least 3 days per week, for a minimum of 2 hours per day (flexible work arrangements)
- Flexibility is provided for busy periods such as exams or other commitments
- Expected employment period is 6 months or longer
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: Starting at 1,500 yen, negotiable depending on skills and tasks
- Higher compensation available for specialized technical work (up to 3,000 yen/hour)
- Wage increases by 50 yen for every 6 months of employment
- Transportation expenses covered (up to 1,500 yen per day)
- Pay adjusted based on task complexity
Work Location:
- Fully remote work arrangement
Additional Information:
- Flexibility is offered for students or individuals balancing other commitments, allowing you to work between online university classes (paid only for hours worked)
- This is not a one-off part-time role; we are seeking dedicated individuals for longer-term positions
- Short-term internships or company tours are not available
Who We're Looking For:
- Individuals passionate about making things and with hands-on experience
- Candidates looking to advance their careers through startup experience
- Those with engineering backgrounds or an interest in eVTOL and aviation
- Individuals interested in working in an English-speaking environment
- Preferred technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, aerodynamics, and fluid dynamics
- Experience designing, creating, and testing electrical circuits (professional or hobbyist)
- Experience constructing computational fluid analysis models and performing analysis (professional or hobbyist)
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling (professional or hobbyist)
