Quality Engineer

Mission:

• Act as the customer interface for quality matters during development
• Monitor and control conformity in development processes
• Implement design changes as required by the customer

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide daily reports and communicate with management
• Participate in daily QRQC meetings to deliver information on project maturity
• Implement weekly QA meetings between the project team and site
• Conduct weekly QA meetings with OEM customers
• Manage quality events, including checklist delivery for inspection before customer delivery in the launch phase
• Oversee inspection of all shipping parts, ensuring delivery checklists are completed and documents are prepared before customer delivery
• Revise delivery checklists based on issue information and update relevant divisions and sites
• Handle returned parts, including investigation, sorting, and reporting to the OEM
• Lead resolution of customer issues during the launch phase
• Ensure compliance with customer-required documents (e.g., NPQP for Nissan)
• Follow up on internal initial sample validation
• Complete PSW submissions and obtain OEM approval
• Manage 4M and SW changes, submitting them to the customer through site communications

Experience:

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Proven experience as a Quality Engineer

Locations: Available in Kanagawa, Saitama, Tokyo and Ibaraki
