Support for Seconded Employees
- Manage salary calculations related to annual revisions for overseas seconded employees
- Handle monthly labor cost calculations, payments, and billing for overseas seconded employees
- Oversee human resource procedures for overseas seconded employees, including visa applications and repatriation
- Respond to award-related work, such as annual awards
Support for Global Human Resource Development Projects
- Assist with human resource development and young talent training projects
- Support KPI process management for general managers, deputy general managers, and overseas subsidiary general managers
- Help implement engagement surveys, including support for overseas subsidiary companies

- Preferred: HR training and development, overseas HR experience, multitasking, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong schedule management and reporting skills.
- Independent problem-solving.
