Overview: The Quality & Process Specialist is responsible for ensuring adherence to franchise standards within the authorized retail network. This role involves supporting training and compliance efforts, supervising workshop quality, and enhancing customer satisfaction to uphold the company's reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor franchise compliance.
  • Train and support national distributors and dealers.
  • Supervise quality in workshops and sales processes.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to operating standards and guidelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant education or work experience.
  • Automotive industry experience preferred.
  • Fluent in English; willing to travel.
  • Valid driving license; proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • Initiative and understanding of legal issues.
