About Our Client:
Our client is a cutting-edge startup in the eVTOL (Electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) industry. This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of aviation technology, where you will gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Role Overview:
As an intern or part-time employee, you will be responsible for various development tasks based on your skill set, contributing directly to the advancement of eVTOL aircraft. This role provides a great learning experience, allowing you to collaborate with industry experts and contribute to exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of eVTOL aircraft using CAD software
- Test fixture modeling
- Support airframe and parts manufacturing
- Assist with parts selection and technical research
- Production management
- Participate in other tasks or projects based on your unique skills and interests
Eligibility:
- Must be available to work at least 3 days per week, 4 hours or more each day (flexible working hours)
- Able to commit to an internship for more than one month
- Standard working days are Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday and Sunday shifts
- On-site presence required; remote work options available
- Part-time workers with a commitment of 3 months or longer are especially encouraged to apply
Compensation:
- Hourly wage: Starting at 1,500 yen, negotiable based on skills and tasks
- For highly technical work, generous compensation is available (up to 3,000 yen/hour)
- Transportation expenses covered (up to 1,500 yen per day)
- Parking available
- Pay scales adjusted based on the complexity of tasks
Work Location:
- Work location to be negotiated based on your address
- Remote work is also an option
- Company housing available for those needing accommodation
- Option to participate in long-term development trips to the US
Additional Information:
- Flexibility is offered during busy periods, such as exams or other commitments
- If your university classes are online, you can work between classes (paid for hours worked)
- This is not a short-term, one-off internship; we are looking for dedicated candidates
- Company tours and short-term internships are not available

- Preferred technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, aerodynamics, and fluid dynamics
- Experience designing and testing electrical circuits (professional or hobbyist)
- Experience in computational fluid dynamics modeling and analysis
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling (professional or hobbyist)
