Position: HR Business Partner
Company: Our client, a leading automotive company, is seeking an HR Business Partner to join their HR department and manage human resources for their business units.
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business unit owners and managers to drive business growth through effective people and organizational strategies. This role involves addressing HR-related issues, providing strategic consultation, and implementing action plans to ensure smooth operations and timely problem-solving. Leveraging HR management expertise, the HR Business Partner will ensure that business decisions align with HR policies, labor laws, and processes, fostering a productive and balanced work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic workforce planning and execution
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies
- Succession planning
- Designing and executing capacity-building and training initiatives
- Providing leadership coaching
- Ensuring compliance with Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) standards
- Managing employee relations
Key Duties:
- Act as a strategic partner to business unit leaders, driving growth from a people and organizational perspective.
- Address HR-related challenges and provide expert consultation to support business objectives.
- Align business strategies with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Desired Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in diverse HR functions, with prior experience as an HR Business Partner preferred.
- Strong knowledge of domestic labor, safety, and health laws; health manager qualifications are advantageous.
- Proficiency in business-level English (spoken and written) and native-level Japanese.
Working Hours:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Holidays:
125 days per year
Trial Period:
3 to 6 months
Salary:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Opportunities for salary increases and performance-based incentives (paid annually).
