Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer with a strong background in integrating ChatGPT and Dialogflow to develop advanced conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will also be an expert in personalization and recommendation engines, as well as data ranking and mining. This role involves creating innovative AI-driven applications that enhance user interaction and engagement through tailored experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications using ChatGPT and Dialogflow.
• Implement personalization strategies and recommendation engines to improve user engagement and satisfaction.
• Utilize data ranking and mining techniques to analyze user interactions and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and create conversational flows that meet user needs.
• Optimize and refine existing AI models to enhance performance and user experience.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and NLP.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI systems and integrations.
• Monitor and analyze user interactions to enhance the effectiveness of conversational agents.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (Masters preferred).
• Proven experience in AI engineering, particularly with ChatGPT and Dialogflow.
• Expertise in personalization techniques and recommendation systems.
• Strong understanding of data ranking and mining methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and techniques.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with user experience (UX) principles and conversational design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of additional NLP frameworks and tools.
• Experience with voice interfaces and speech recognition technologies.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
