About Our Client:

Role Overview:
As the Avionics Development Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and quality of the electronic devices installed on aircraft. This position focuses on reliability design, safety analysis, and quality assurance, driving improvements to avionics components such as ECUs and flight computers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop avionics component requirements with a focus on reliability and safety
- Perform safety analysis and reliability design of avionics systems (ECU, flight computers, etc.)
- Plan and execute reliability tests, including accelerated, environmental, and durability tests
- Oversee improvements to parts and systems based on testing results
- Implement and evaluate EMC measures
- Conduct embedded software unit testing and system testing to ensure safety and reliability
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, aviation, or related fields
- Practical experience in quality assurance, reliability design, and testing is highly preferred
- Basic knowledge of embedded software and electronic device reliability
- 4+ years of engineering experience in the manufacturing industry
- Development experience in systems for aircraft, automobiles, motorcycles, trains, drones, or robots
- Extensive engineering knowledge in design, development, manufacturing, and testing
- Business-level proficiency in English
- Basic understanding of eVTOL technology
- Experience negotiating with suppliers and vendors
- Practical experience with safety standard certifications
- Experience in mass production is a plus

Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience and skills
- Monthly salary (including 20 hours of overtime pay): 400,000 to 1,000,000 yen
- Stock options available
