Overview: Lead the development of power supply units for an eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) aircraft, ensuring technical success, resource management, and product development through team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define power supply unit requirements and manage resources (technology, personnel, equipment).
• Drive the design and development of systems like the Power Supply Unit, Battery, BMS, Charging System, and more.
• Ensure high-performance, reliable powertrains for the eVTOL project.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, aeronautics, or related fields.
• Open to any academic background and nationality.

Desired Experience:

• Product management in fields like consumer electronics or robotics.
• Experience with electric aircraft/vehicle development, power electronics, and circuit design.
• 7+ years of engineering in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of eVTOL technology and supplier negotiations.
