Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
- At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
- Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management in a large-scale, complex organization.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and ERP systems.
