Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.

  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, while providing recommendations for investment and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other key financial stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management in a large-scale, complex organization.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and ERP systems.
