They are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial operations and guide the companys financial strategy. You will oversee the finance function, provide expert advice on strategic initiatives, and manage key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys overall business objectives.
• Monitor financial performance, analyze trends, and identify areas for cost improvement and revenue growth.
• Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and board of directors.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk, while providing recommendations for investment and cost-saving opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, and other key financial stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and corporate governance.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and company-wide strategic goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
• At least 10 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management in a large-scale, complex organization.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, corporate finance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in financial software and tools, including advanced Excel and ERP systems.
