 Temporary HR Support Role in Tokyo

Role Summary:
This position involves managing data, coordinating recruitment schedules, sending reminders, scheduling onboarding, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create reports from various systems.
  • Update recruitment tracking data and coordinate schedules.
  • Organize P&C folders and handle other administrative tasks.

Competencies Required:

  • Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and flexibility.
  • Experience with payroll and social insurance procedures is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, with a 60-minute lunch break.
  • Initial one-month contract renewal, followed by three-month renewals.
