Operations Specialist

The Assistance Centre Executive is responsible for managing medical, security, and logistical requests from clients and subscribers. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service through effective case management and empathetic support, ensuring swift and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill assistance requests in collaboration with medical and security professionals.
  • Maintain a professional and caring attitude to exceed client expectations.
  • Document and manage all requests efficiently, adhering to the principle of "Assist First, Verify Later."
  • Plan and coordinate services using internal resources and external contacts.
  • Escalate cases as needed and communicate logistical arrangements to stakeholders.
  • Collect customer feedback for continuous improvement and resolve service issues promptly.
  • Prepare cases for billing and manage an allocated workload during shifts.

  • Excellent customer service, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities.

  • Effective communication and teamworking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education is preferred.

Language Requirements:

  • Excellent English (written and spoken).
  • Native-level Japanese.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.

Shift and Work Days:

  • Shifts: (Daytime) 8:30 AM - 8:30 PM or (Night) 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM (candidates can choose).
  • Work Days: 13-15 days per month.
