Seatbelt Development Engineer (Kanagawa Prefecture)
Our client is a leading global automotive parts manufacturer seeking a talented professional for the role of Seatbelt Development Engineer. This position offers a unique opportunity to work on the design and development of advanced seatbelt systems for Japanese Original Equipment Manufacturers (J-OEMs).
Job Description:
- Design and Development: Lead the development of next-generation seat belts and pretensioners designed to enhance vehicle safety.
- Product Maintenance: Maintain and improve existing mass-produced seatbelt products.
- Technical Activities: Perform design, evaluation, and enhancement of components using 3D CAD (CATIA), create prototypes with CAE and 3D printers, and conduct risk analysis (DFMEA).
- Collaboration: Engage in technical meetings, coordinate with internal and external teams, and analyze test results to drive project success.

Required Skills and Experience:
