Position Overview:
The CFO will oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, financial planning, and analysis. This role is critical to supporting the companys growth and ensuring its financial stability. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of finance and accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to provide strategic financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth and profitability goals.
• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team.
• Manage cash flow and ensure financial stability.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular updates.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with overall company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
• Develop relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
• Mentor and lead the finance team for performance and growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of senior financial experience, preferably as a CFO.
• Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
• Proven track record in driving financial performance and managing risks.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
• CPA or CFA certification is highly desirable.
