We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with corporate objectives.

Role Overview:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects from conception through execution, managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Your leadership will drive performance, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project planning, execution, and closure, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, providing regular updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
  • Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration
  • Conduct regular project reviews and performance evaluations, implementing improvements as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and regulations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Eligibility:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Candidates must currently reside in Japan to be considered for this position
