Transformation planning and programme delivery

Process improvement across operational and support functions

Performance measurement and benefit tracking

Change management and senior stakeholder engagement

Profile

Experience leading cross-functional transformation

Strong Lean Six Sigma or equivalent expertise

Background in aviation or a comparable complex operating environment

Proven delivery of measurable financial and service improvements
