Executive Housekeeper

Le Chene is supporting a hospitality business to appoint an Executive Housekeeper to lead housekeeping operations, team management, and guest room standards in Seychelles.

Scope

• Day-to-day leadership of housekeeping and laundry operations
• Quality control, cleanliness standards, and room presentation
• Departmental budget management, inventory control, and supply ordering
• Team leadership, training, and schedule management
• Collaboration with front office and maintenance to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Profile

• Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in luxury hospitality
• Fluency in Russian and English is required
• Strong operational leadership and attention to detail
• Excellent organizational, training, and team development skills
• Understanding of island logistics, resort operations, and resort guest expectations
