Schedule & Call Structure
Monday–Friday, 8a–5p or 9a–6p
On-call approximately 5–6 days per month
Occasional weekends
No travel required
This is a true 40-hour full-time commitment — not locum, not part-time .
Compensation & Stability
$375,000–$400,000 base salary (negotiable)
$20–30K sign-on bonus
Retention bonuses offered
Malpractice + tail coverage provided
403(b) retirement plan
Full benefits, CME reimbursement, disability coverage
For relocation candidates:
Housing stipend $1,500–$2,000/month for up to 6 months
J1 and H1B sponsorship available

California licensure required
New graduates out of residency may be considered, though 3+ years experience is preferred .
