We're working with a growing home health team in the Pittsburgh area that is open to training strong clinical nurses into home-based care, with a structured onboarding program and supportive transition.

The role
Provide patient care in a home health setting
Manage patient care plans and documentation
Travel locally between patient visits
Work independently while supported by a clinical team
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday
Flexible daily scheduling (no 12-hour shifts)
Minimal weekend requirements
Compensation
Pay-per-visit structure
$10K sign-on bonus

What they're looking for
Active RN license (PA)
1+ year RN experience
Strong clinical background required (Med Surge, Telemetry, or ER)
Comfortable working independently and managing your day
Okay to local travel
Certifications:
AHA BLS (required)
ACLS preferred
