We're working with a growing home health team in the Pittsburgh area that is open to training strong clinical nurses into home-based care, with a structured onboarding program and supportive transition.

The role

  • Provide patient care in a home health setting

  • Manage patient care plans and documentation

  • Travel locally between patient visits

  • Work independently while supported by a clinical team

Schedule

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday

  • Flexible daily scheduling (no 12-hour shifts)

  • Minimal weekend requirements

Compensation

  • Pay-per-visit structure

  • $10K sign-on bonus

What they're looking for

  • Active RN license (PA)

  • 1+ year RN experience

  • Strong clinical background required (Med Surge, Telemetry, or ER)

  • Comfortable working independently and managing your day

  • Okay to local travel

Certifications:

  • AHA BLS (required)

  • ACLS preferred
