After Hours Hospice RN – 4-Night Schedule | Pittsburgh Area

This role is designed for experienced hospice nurses who prefer working independently, managing urgent needs, and having a consistent overnight schedule.

What You Can Expect

• 4-night work week: Monday–Thursday
• Shift hours: 5 PM – 8 AM
• After-hours focused care (not daytime visit volume)
• Autonomy in the field with team support available
• Coverage across the Pittsburgh region including New Kensington and surrounding communities

The Role

• Respond to after-hours patient needs, symptom management, and urgent visits
• Support hospice patients and families during evenings and overnight
• Coordinate with the care team to ensure continuity of care
• Document care provided within established timelines
• Manage your schedule and travel across the assigned region

What You Bring

• Active RN license in Pennsylvania
• 2+ years hospice experience
