Certified Surgical Technologist - San Antonio, TX

Join our San Antonio, TX, client as a Certified Surgical Technologist! The CST assists the surgical team as the primary scrub person who handles the instruments, supplies, and equipment during surgical procedures. 

The CST also prepares operating rooms for surgery using appropriate techniques and maintains constant vigilance to maintain the sterile field.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical patients along the continuum of the age spectrum.
• Facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures

What You'll Need

• Associate degree or higher

• Perioperative/Surgical Services (1+ years)

• Valid Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)

• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • CPR certification is accepted in addition to BLS

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-Time - Rotating Days/Nights with weekends and on-call; 8- or 12-hour shifts
