Certified Surgical Technologist, Perioperative - Modesto, CA

Join our client as a Certified Surgical Technologist (Operating Room) in the Modesto, Manteca, or Turlock area! You will assist the surgeon/obstetrician and Registered Nurse during surgical and obstetrical procedures by performing surgical scrub duties.

What You'll Do

• Provide direct and indirect technical care to surgical/obstetric patients along the continuum of the age spectrum.
• Facilitate the safe and effective conduct of invasive surgical procedures
• Operate all X-ray equipment and PACS
• Report to the Director of Imaging Services and/or designee

What You'll Need

• Must have Perioperative/Surgical Services or First Surgical Assistant experience (1+ years)

• ALL of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • CPR certification is required in addition to BLS
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from NBSTSA or TS-C Certification from NCCT

Schedule and Shift Details

• Full-time, Rotating Days/Nights with weekends and on-call, 8 or 12-hour shifts
