We're working with a rehabilitation team in Los Angeles, CA seeking a PT for a 13-week contract (with potential to extend) in a structured, team-focused environment.

The role
Provide physical therapy care in a post-acute / rehab setting
Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans
Support patients in regaining mobility, independence, and function
Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and care teams
Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Schedule & Contract Details
10–13 week contract (extension possible)
Up to 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
Approx. 36 hours/week expected
14-day cancellation notice
Compensation
$53–$60/hour (based on experience and assignment factors)
Additional considerations may include travel reimbursement or per diem
