Territory & Travel

Opportunities available in:

Expect approximately 20% of your day driving between patient homes.

This role works best for a PT familiar with rural/suburban geography who prefers independent scheduling over clinic back-to-back treatment slots.

Schedule Structure

  • Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
  • 1 weekend per month
  • 2 holidays per year

Predictable weekday structure with limited weekend rotation.

No evening clinic hours.

Compensation

  • Per-visit compensation: $52–$60 per visit
    $10,000 First-Year Success Bonus
  • If you’re experienced with PPV models, we're happy to walk through realistic weekly earning potential based on visit mix and territory density.

This structure rewards efficiency and independence.

Clinical Focus

  • Independent evaluations and follow-ups
  • Management of patient care plans
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary team
  • Clear documentation deadlines

Home Health, Hospital, LTC, or SNF experience welcome.

New graduates may be considered, but comfort with autonomy is important.
