Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of top-tier technical talent. You will collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to source, attract, and engage passive candidates for engineering, data science, product, and other technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and networking events to identify top technical talent.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Engage with passive candidates to understand their career goals and align them with potential opportunities.
  • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and market trends.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Research industry trends, competitor hiring strategies, and innovative sourcing tools.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and transparency throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in technical sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Skills & Tools: Proficiency in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and ATS systems.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
