Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Talent Sourcing Specialist to help identify and engage top candidates for technical positions. Ideal candidates will have a background in programming or a technical field and possess strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. This role is perfect for someone looking to work independently and leverage their technical knowledge in a recruitment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify and engage potential candidates for various technical roles.
• Screening: Evaluate resumes and profiles to shortlist candidates who meet the technical requirements of the positions.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with the team.
• Reporting: Track and report on sourcing metrics and candidate engagement to optimize sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Technical Background: Experience in technical roles or a background in programming is highly desirable. Students with relevant coursework or projects are also encouraged to apply.
• LinkedIn Recruiter: Must have access to a LinkedIn Recruiter account and demonstrate proficiency in using it for talent sourcing.
• Independent Work: Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and manage your own schedule effectively.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail in evaluating candidate profiles and maintaining accurate records.
