General Manager Assistant

Growing technical recruiting firm specializing in connecting top-tier talent with companies in the tech industry. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented General Manager Virtual Assistant to support our operations and help us provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

As a General Manager Assistant, you will play a critical role in our business' daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Customer Service: Delivering exceptional support to clients and candidates, resolving inquiries promptly, and maintaining positive relationships.

Reporting: Creating, analyzing, and presenting detailed reports on recruitment performance, metrics, and project progress.

Time Management: Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Administrative Support: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing files and documentation.

Accountability: Ensuring all tasks are completed with high accuracy and on time, with minimal supervision.

Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to optimize processes and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Advanced English Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Customer Service Expertise: Proven experience in handling advanced customer service responsibilities.

Proactivity: Ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, and make decisions independently.

Reporting Experience: Strong skills in creating and analyzing reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or reporting software.

Time Management: Exceptional ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the recruiting or HR industry.

Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using remote work tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Applicant Tracking Systems).

Soft Skills:

Accountability and ownership of assigned tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a technical recruiting or staffing firm.
